Hi there. Again it's time for idiom. Today I have 5 idioms all with this meaning: It`s too easy (In Farsi we say کاری نداره ،مثل آب خوردنه)

1. it's as easy as A B C.

2. it's as easy as falling off a log.

3. it's as easy as taking candy from a baby.

4. it's a doddle.

5. it's a peace of cake.

I just sent a message to a friend (:D) and that friend replied me the answer with the following idiom:

break a leg

at first I didn't got what did it means, I should break my leg for my friend? But how can this be logic!?

In all languages the importance of idioms have been clearified and all the great job that a translator can do to them, is just to know the equal , by meaning or the aim of that idiom, in the other language, so it's neccesary for a translator to know as much as idioms meaning to find the target languages equals.
